Ano ba, Tasty? I was interested to see your blog after your Whizbang post. I grew up in Manila and my Dad lived north of Bagio when he was young. I started the Featherman company and Herrick's Whizbang plans come from one of the early pluckers made from plans I published in 1985. I'm wondering what you use for getting the feathers off? There are in fact puckers and other equipment available here in the Philippines.I forget the name of the company.
We pluck strictly by hand....no more than 25 per day....I'm small time,lol
